Oven preheating: Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Grease a donut pan.
Dry mix: In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Wet mix: In another bowl, mix the plant-based milk, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, and tahini.
Combination: Add the wet mix to the dry mix and stir until the dough is homogeneous. Incorporate the black sesame seeds.
Baking: Pour the batter into the donut molds using a piping bag for precision. Fill each mold 3/4 full.
Baking: Bake the donuts for 12-15 minutes or until they are firm to the touch and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Glazing: While the donuts are cooling, prepare the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar with the plant-based milk until smooth.
Decoration: Dip the top of the cooled donuts into the glaze, then sprinkle with additional black sesame seeds.
