Preparing the Donuts:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a donut mold.
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, mix the vegetable milk, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract.
Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth dough.
Fill the donut molds three-quarters full and bake for about 12 to 15 minutes.
Let the donuts cool before unmolding them.
Icing the Donuts:
Sift the icing sugar with the cocoa powder and cinnamon.
Gradually incorporate the vegetable milk until a smooth consistency is obtained.
Dip the cooled donuts in the glaze or use a spatula to apply it.
