Irasshaimase! Welcome to Godzilla’s Buffet! Surprisingly, Japanese cuisine actually offers a whole array of vegan dishes so we are very pleased to introduce our Japanese chefs… They hail from places like Tokyo, Osaka and Kobe and will be enlightening you about the secrets of Japanese cuisine. The good news is that the recipes are as delicious as they are easy to prepare. The ingredients are readily available in most supermarkets, or in Japanese/Asian stores.
The cherry on the cake: Japanese cuisine is, by all accounts, one of the most nutritious in the world, including its extensive use of vegetable broths and algae, both of which contain a whole host of nutrients and oligo-elements. And let’s not forget the humble soy bean, which is a phenomenal source of protein and the basis for tofu, as well as miso paste. Take a look at the menus you’ll be concocting…
