Ingredients

- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 2 cloves of garlic peeled
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnishing

- 2 tablespoons capers

Instructions
Preparing the peppers:
